Reliable power supply, even during power outages

Provide your customers with seamless power security and independence with the SMA Backup 1P. Designed for single-phase households, it can be easily integrated with the Sunny Boy Smart Energy inverter to ensure reliable backup power during outages.

The system automatically powers all essential loads, offers adjustable switching times, and has ultra-low energy consumption of less than 1 W in grid-parallel mode. It can be flexibly installed or retrofitted into existing systems and includes a built-in fuse for the inverter. Additional space is provided for the installation of a surge protection device (DC-SPD), the Sunny Home Manager, or the SMA Energy Meter CT.
